Teamlead SAP Integration Manager (f/m/x)
Your tasks
- Lead and develop a SAP Integration & Governance team responsible for Service, Change, Demand and Test Management
- Lead international SAP projects and transformation initiatives independently
- Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle
- Lead cross-module requirements and solution design across the SAP landscape
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable IT solutions
- Continuously improve Demand, Change and Test Management processes
- Establish and maintain SAP governance standards and project methodologies
- Support SAP rollouts, process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with central PMO as well as with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements
Your profil
- Education in the technical field and/ or process management
- Profound project management skills
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP project delivery or SAP application management
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Business fluent English; German is an advantage
