You acknowledge to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions by using this website.
The term “delfort” includes delfortgroup AG as well as all companies or entities of which delfortgroup AG holds, directly or indirectly, at least 50 %.
The contents of this website were written with due diligence and by delfort’s best knowledge at the time of publication. However, there may be unintended or accidental errors for which we apologize.
delfort provides no warranty or guarantee in respect of information published on this website, including external (hyper)links, or any other software tools or content that can be used either directly or indirectly via the delfort website. delfort also reserves the right to change or delete contents of this website which are not subject to any contractual obligation without prior notice. delfort disclaims any liability for errors or omissions on the delfort website. Any decisions made on the basis of information published on the delfort website are therefore the sole responsibility of the respective user. delfort disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, consequential losses or other losses of any type sustained, arising for whatever reason from either the direct or indirect use of the information published on the delfort website.

However the user's personal data is subject to the Data Protection Act 2000 and will only be used by delfort to the extent necessary for personal customer care or maintenance of customer master data. If any terms, condition or provision of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions and provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

Austrian law is applicable for all legal relationships. The place of jurisdiction is Linz.
