What does a typical day look like for you?

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is that there are no two days that are ever the same. Of course, there are core responsibilities that guide my routine: reviewing production schedules, coordinating with different teams, checking equipment performance, and making sure we consistently meet our quality standards.

Every day brings new challenges, unexpected situations, and opportunities to improve. That's what keeps the job exciting and dynamic.

What do you value most working at delfort?

The trust, teamwork, and mutual respect we share. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with colleagues and leaders who inspired me through their resilience, expertise, and willingness to support others. What makes delfort unique is its culture: people openly share ideas, learn from one another, and work toward a common goal. No matter your role, your contribution matters. We’re not just colleagues working for the same company, we’re one team.

What makes delfort unique is its culture: open communication, a strong sense of community, and a genuine commitment to developing its employees.

What is the most rewarding and challenging part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the people around me develop and succeed. Whether it's someone taking on a new responsibility, solving a complex problem, or reaching a personal milestone, those moments are incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that I've contributed in some way to their growth makes me proud.

Of course, there are challenges as well. New technologies, changing requirements, and the ongoing drive to improve quality, efficiency, and capacity mean we must keep learning and adapting. Fortunately, that's also what makes the work interesting.

Hoang Quang Binh, Production Manager

Which skills have been most valuable to your growth?

Over the years, I have developed many skills that have helped me grow, but three stand out: leadership, strategic thinking, and communication.

Through leadership programs and coaching initiatives, I've gained valuable insights into my own strengths and learned how to become a more effective leader.

Which three words best describe your 20 years at delfort?

    • growth
    • adaptability
    • family

Growth because I have continuously learned and developed throughout my career.

Adaptability because our industry, technologies, and customer requirements are constantly evolving, and success depends on embracing change.

Family because of the relationships I've built over the years. The bonds formed through shared challenges and achievements are something truly special.

Looking ahead to the next chapter of my career, I want to keep learning, support my team even better, and help create a work environment where people feel motivated and proud of what they do.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

If I could go back and give advice to the younger version of myself on my first day at delfort, I would keep it simple: Be patient. Stay curious. Never stop learning.

Some of the most valuable lessons come from difficult situations. Challenges may not feel like opportunities at first, but they often become the experiences that help you grow the most, both professionally and personally.

We're sorry, we could not identify you clearly.
