Unsere fünf riesigen Papiermaschinen laufen rund um die Uhr. Mit ihnen produzieren wir eine Vielzahl von Spezialpapieren für viele Produkte und Anwendungen. Unsere Maschinen haben fast nie eine Pause – unglaublich, oder? Aber es sind nicht nur unsere fleißigen Maschinen, die für unseren internationalen Erfolg verantwortlich sind. Nein! Vor allem sind es unsere 430 Mitarbeiter, die den wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserem #fame in der Region leisten.
Mit deiner Ausbildung bei wattenspapier förderst du nicht nur deinen eigenen Karriereweg, sondern unterstützt uns auch dabei, eine Vielzahl von Branchen mit noch nachhaltigeren und innovativeren Papierprodukten zu versorgen. Bei uns bekommst du einen großartigen Sparringspartner und einen stabilen Arbeitgeber mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Dank unserer globalen Ausrichtung kannst du auch reisen und deine Karriere an einem unserer anderen Standorte, oder sogar im Ausland, vorantreiben. Nice, oder?

Hallo und willkommen in der Papierfabrik feurstein. Du hast wahrscheinlich schon von uns gehört, oder? Falls nicht: Wir gehören zur internationalen delfort Gruppe und sind sehr stolz darauf, dass wir die #1 für Spezialpapiere für die Verpackungs- und Zigarettenindustrie sind. Hier an unserem Standort in Traun entwickeln und produzieren rund 300 Mitarbeitende unsere coolen Papiere auf drei Papiermaschinen. Diese Papiere sind unter anderem im bekannten Burger-Restaurant mit dem großen gelben „M“ zu sehen. 😉
Weltweit für alle Arten von Burgern verwendet, halten unsere Verpackungspapiere deine Finger sauber und die Burger schön #fresh. Aber hey, wir setzen noch einen drauf: Wenn du das nächste Mal beim „M“ bist, dann wirf doch einen Blick auf die Pommes-Sackerl! 3-Mal darfst du raten, woher das Papier stammt…
Wie du dir wahrscheinlich schon denken kannst, verkaufen sich unsere Verpackungspapiere wie warme Semmeln! Daher sind wir immer auf der Suche nach neuen Lehrlingen, die bei uns Karriere machen wollen.
Und das Beste: Da wir Teil der großen internationalen delfort Gruppe sind, hast du auch die Möglichkeit, nach erfolgreichem Abschluss deiner Ausbildung an einem anderen Standort zu arbeiten. Bis es soweit ist, sind unsere super netten Lehrlingsausbilder:innen deine Mentor:innen und Unterstützer:innen, sodass du bald ein echter Expert:in auf deinem Gebiet bist! Wir bieten auch Praktika für Schüler:innen und Studierende an, sofern diese im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums über die Schule oder die Universität/Hochschule abgehalten werden müssen.
Während deiner Ausbildung wirst du von erfahrenen Ausbilder:innen begleitet, die dir helfen, deine Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und dein volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen. Bei uns bist du von Anfang an, ein wichtiger Teil des Teams und übernimmst spannende Aufgaben.
