Sustainability Specialist (f/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Nachhaltigkeits- und Kreislaufwirtschaftsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Operations und weiteren Unternehmensbereichen
- Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Durchführung von Benchmarking- und knowledge-sharing
- Mitwirkung am Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD), einschließlich Erstellung qualitativer Berichtsbestandteile auf Deutsch, Offenlegung relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs) sowie der Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
- Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung und Nutzung von KI-Lösungen zur Optimierung des ESG-Datenmanagements, der Berichterstattung, Analysen und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsratings und -bewertungen (z. B. CDP, EcoVadis) sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Corporate Functions zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeitsleistung von delfort
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeits- und Kreislaufwirtschaftsinitiativen sowie bei der Implementierung entsprechender Anforderungen und Standards
Dein Profil
- Abschluss in Nachhaltigkeitswissenschaften oder Umweltwissenschaften
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich ESG/Nachhaltigkeit in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der CSRD/ESRS sowie Verständnis für die Bilanzierung von Treibhausgasen (CCF/PCF) und Themen der Kreislaufwirtschaft
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem funktionsübergreifenden, matrixbasierten Umfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und funktionsübergreifende Initiativen voranzutreiben
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit einer Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung und KI-gestützte Lösungen
- Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sind von Vorteil
- Praktische, flexible und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und fließende Englischkenntnisse mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Eine Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich ist Voraussetzung
