Specialist Corporate CAPEX & Maintenance
Your tasks
- drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes to optimize downtime, costs, and preventive vs corrective strategies
- implement and enforce group-wide standards for maintenance and CAPEX processes
- act as global key user for CMMS/SAP-PM and CAPEX software tools
- support investment projects with project management and financial evaluation (ROI, IRR, NPV)
- coordinate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across OPCOs
- define and monitor KPIs for maintenance and investment performance
- collaborate with HQ & OPCOs to simplify complexity and achieve common objectives
- participate in mill visits and meetings.
Your experience
- university degree in technical or engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics)
- ideally solid experience in maintenance and investment management and strong knowledge of project management, purchasing, production, and technical controlling – if you are eager to learn but still missing that experience, we will train you
- advanced ERP (preferably SAP) and project management software skills
- analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
- high proficiency in English, German is an advantage
- willingness to travel (25 % of working time).
