propose and realize new investment and optimization possibilities for infrastructure and manufacturing processes.
plan, execute and control investment projects in his own responsibility.
plan, execute and control extra-ordinary maintenance projects in his own responsibility.
define energy saving potentials and realize process optimizations related to energy for all manufacturing and infrastructure processes.
cooperation with maintenance manager and Vietnamese engineers to successfully realize technical projects.
cooperation with delfort energy experts.
update groupwide energy-saving action list together with Vietnamese Energy Manager.
support mechanical maintenance with his expertise.

Profound experience in managing technical projects.
Fluent in English.
Project and personnel management. Good leading skills and cost awareness. Good computer and communication skills.
Strong leading and management skills.
Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures of investment by respecting of ROI’s.
Must be a strong team leader with good communication skills and have the capability to lead teams to high performances balanced temperament, able to work under pressure and prioritization.
