Procurement manager
Your tasks
- Defines and implements the mill’s procurement strategies aligned with the group goals
- Analyzes market trends and evaluate raw material and service suppliers and forecasts supply chain demands
- Manages the local procurement team, ensuring effective workflow and development
- Develops and enhances procurement processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Conducts supplier negotiations
- Handles project / investment related purchasing tasks
- Leads supplier audits and responsible for supplier evaluation
- Performs risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Takes part in relevant project & audits (Sustainability, EUDR, etc.)
- Builds long-term, supplier relationship management
- PVA lead buyer
- Creates monthly, quarterly reports
Your experience
- College / university degree in business administration
- Minimum 5 years procurement manager experience (industrial background preferred)
- PC skills (SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Confident English language knowledge
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
