Procurement manager

Your tasks

  • Defines and implements the mill’s procurement strategies aligned with the group goals
  • Analyzes market trends and evaluate raw material and service suppliers and forecasts supply chain demands
  • Manages the local procurement team, ensuring effective workflow and development
  • Develops and enhances procurement processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Conducts supplier negotiations
  • Handles project / investment related purchasing tasks
  • Leads supplier audits and responsible for supplier evaluation
  • Performs risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Takes part in relevant project & audits (Sustainability, EUDR, etc.)
  • Builds long-term, supplier relationship management
  • PVA lead buyer
  • Creates monthly, quarterly reports

Your experience

  • College / university degree in business administration
  • Minimum 5 years procurement manager experience (industrial background preferred)
  • PC skills (SAP, Microsoft Office)
  • Confident English language knowledge
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
