Your tasks
Ensuring that the business unit´s product portfolio (packaging solutions for food and non-food) meets existing and future customer and regulatory requirements to offer competitive advantage
Close alignment with Business Development, Production and Sales to keep an eye on market developments and respond to customer needs
Management of the delfort product portfolio with specifications for paper, paper storage, usability, printing, processing
Development and implementation of a market-oriented R&D roadmap for fiber-based packaging solutions
Monitoring, optimization, control of development processes
Leading a dedicated team of experts and specialists who contributes to the development, maintenance and application of products in our matrix organization.
Your profile
Profound international experience in flexible packaging markets and ideally converting background
University degree (preferably technical) or equivalent
Paper production or processing knowledge beneficial
Experience in leading technical teams in matrix organizations
High proficiency in English, German is an advantage
Networker with a communicative personality combined with strong cooperation and coordination skills
Proactive and result driven mindset, hands-on
