Trainee (m/f/d) Paper Production/Technology/Process
Your tasks
During the 18 months trainee program starting in October 2024 you will lead young talent projects, take on first responsibilities and grow into your future role by
- supporting and collaborating in the planning and implementation of technical, technological and organizational projects and ongoing optimization
- assisting in trial productions and our research and development activities
- supporting the implementation of norms and standards in production and converting areas
- collaborating in day-to-day business of our manufacturing department
Your experience
- university degree in technical studies (paper technology, process or chemical engineering or similar)
- knowledge and experience as well as strong interest in paper production and processing
- high ability in analytical thinking paired with a well structured working style and high resilience
- eagerness to contribute to both practical and theoretical aspects of tasks and projects
- proactive and result-driven mindset, hands-on
- very strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
- fluency in English and German
