
Specialist Operations Management with focus on process management and reporting (Full-time, f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Leading group wide reporting projects according to delfort project management guideline
- Support existing as well as develop and implement additional new standards for technical and nonfinancial reporting (e.g. production controlling, CAPEX reporting, sustainability reporting) in cooperation with Finance
- Ensure the usage and improvement of online cockpits and big data analysis tools (e.g. wedge)
- Develop and support the organization in the field of processes, guidelines and their documentation
- Transfer of best practices and enforce networking between the locations
Your experience
- university degree in operations management / process management & business intelligence or university degree in process-, mechanical or chemical engineering
- Willingness to deep dive into various process steps in the papermaking production and ability to transfer this know how into relevant controlling figures and IT systems to manage operational excellence
- High affinity to IT reporting systems & data base knowledge
- Project management skills & experience
- Very good command of English language.
