Senior manager manufacturing processes
Your tasks
- defining corporate standards and best practices for manufacturing processes & guaranteeing knowledge sharing
- optimizing operational performance of delfort’s production lines in cooperation with OPCO (operating company) management related to production efficiencies, production costs and quality
- defining and securing the implementation of corporate reporting standards in operations
- building a bridge between production and maintenance on headquarter and OPCO level
- M&A projects: evaluation of operational performance and operations organization of acquisition target; support integration of acquired companies
- special projects in the area of innovation, investments, reporting and work safety.
Your experience
- 10+ years experience in production in paper industry
- 10+ years experience in project management
- university degree (preferably technical) or equivalent
- high proficiency in English, German is an advantage
- comfortable in matrix organizations, able to navigate the dynamics between headquarter and operating companies
- networker with a communicative personality combined with strong cooperation and coordination skills
- proactive and result driven mindset, hands-on mentality
- willingness to travel up to 50 %.

This position comes with a minimum salary accordingly to Austrian collective bargaining agreement of gross EUR 4.549,14 per month. We offer overpayment and an attractive benefits package based on experience.
