Senior Legal Counsel with focus on Commercial Law and Regulatory matters (f/m/d)
Your tasks
Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts for all business areas (e.g. sales, procurement, agency, CAPEX contracts) and help with legal contract documentation
Support all business units and local and global subsidiaries on legal matters and give them fast and efficient business-minded legal advice
Assist Austrian subsidiaries on regulatory matters relating to operations and public permits
Manage and work with outside counsel on contract matters, establish and maintain contacts with Austrian authorities with regard to regulatory matters related to operations and public permits
Maintain flexibility and readiness to take on other assignments requiring legal expertise in the area of real estate, data protection and corporate governance (compliance investigation, supply chain due diligence)
Your experience
Law School Degree
At least six years of professional general commercial law experience in an international environment, ideally law firm and/or multi-national company
Experience in giving fast and efficient business-minded legal support
Ability to collaborate efficiently with all functions, build partnerships and have a flexible mindset to changes
Team player, flexible and self-organized working style
Strong commitment to excellence together with loyalty, honesty, respect, and business ethics
Business-fluent German and English language skills, other languages are a plus

The minimum salary for this position according to the collective bargaining agreement of Austrian paper industry is EUR 3,770.42 gross per month. The actual compensation package will naturally be agreed on based on your qualification and experience in line with the market conditions.
