R&D engineer

• planning and facilitating test runs in production and in pilot scale in laboratory
• problem solving, chemical and physical analyses in the laboratory
• participation in the larger scale innovation projects
• reporting related to test runs and analyses

• are open minded, extrovert person and great team player
• are willing to take responsibility and work also independently, if needed
• are interested in problem solving and like challenges
• have a university degree
• are willing to work in international, English -speaking team

We do not expect you to have experience in paper industry, but we expect you to challenge yourself in order to become an expert in this field.
