Process Digitalization Expert for Sales and Logistics

Your tasks

We are looking for a business process development expert to execute our digital transformation. This role will focus on optimizing our sales & logistic processes, improving efficiency and strengthen customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is able to identify business needs and, based on those, define, plan, and implement digital projects in collaboration with IT, external consultants, and various business units.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Process optimization: Analyze existing workflows and processes; recommend and implement improvements
  • Technology integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement digital technologies (AI, automation, RPA, EDI, API, MS Power Platform) that enhance efficiency.
  • Training and support: Provide training and support to key users on new digital tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Digital transformation: Execute projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and positive business impact.

Your profile

Your profile (Competences / skills what we look for):

  • Experience in digital transformation, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A team player who has the ability to engage others and encourage continuous improvement by introducing new features.
  • SAP SD knowledge and preferably experience with SAP S/4 Hana is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
