
Manager Corporate Technology (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Develop and realize identified improvement projects at our sites and following up effectiveness of actions
- Leading troubleshooting or special topics
- Ensure the usage of online cockpits, big data analysis and simulation tools (e.g. Wedge; Flowmac)
- Support important capex investments during design, executing and commissioning phase
- Support project and claim management process
- Scout for suitable usage of state-of-the-art technology in paper making
- Lead and stimulate debate in technology-circles improving appropriate platforms
- Initiate external research studies/projects with entrepreneurial mindset
- Conducting trainings to increase and share process know how.
Your experience
- Technical degree and at least 7-10 years of experience in the process industry preferably paper production
- Practical experience in moderation and presentation as well as a structured way of working
- Good communication skill with all levels of organization and ability to inspire and convince managers for change
- High readiness to travel (about 60 – 70 %)
- Very good command of English language.
