Your tasks

Regular communication with B2B customers in Europe and worldwide

Independent preparation of internal and external sales activities and campaigns

Overall internal sales administration tasks, including typically:

  • Preparation of external offers
  • Order collection
  • Order processing
  • Order planning
  • Delivery planning and follow up together with logistics team
  • Invoicing
  • Credit management
  • Dunning process
  • Product Sampling
  • Follow up on customer requests

Preparation of the customer and market relevant statistics and presentations

Participation in international trade fairs

Occasional travel abroad for short business trips

Drinking enjoyment

Your experience

  • College / university degree in the field of business and/or economics, foreign trade are preferred
  • Strong Hungarian & English knowledge (oral and written)
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Team work ability
  • Creativity
