Manager Corporate Technology (f/m/d)
Your tasks
Develop and realize identified improvement projects at our sites and following up effectiveness of actions
Leading troubleshooting or special topics
Ensure the usage of online cockpits, big data analysis and simulation tools (e.g. Wedge; Flowmac)
Support important capex investments during design, executing and commissioning phase
Support project and claim management process
Scout for suitable usage of state-of-the-art technology in paper making
Lead and stimulate debate in technology-circles improving appropriate platforms
Initiate external research studies/projects with entrepreneurial mindset
Conducting trainings to increase and share process know how.
Your experience
Technical degree and at least 7-10 years of experience in the process industry preferably paper production
Practical experience in moderation and presentation as well as a structured way of working
Good communication skill with all levels of organization and ability to inspire and convince managers for change
High readiness to travel (about 60 – 70 %)
Very good command of English language.
