Corporate Publishing Manager (20 h/w) (f/m/d)

Your tasks

To leverage our communication toward our stakeholders, we are looking for a conceptual and eloquent part-time editor for corporate publishing projects to communicate the benefits of our company and our innovative, sustainable and functional paper solutions.

  • Self-responsible conception, research, writing and editing of content for reports, publications, blog/social media posts and other relevant corporate publishing tools
  • Executing publications and online communication including realization of graphics, images and production in cooperation with external partners
  • Independent project management from planning to implementation – considering timelines and budget
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and actively demanding content to prepare thoroughly researched content
  • Dealing with reporting standards, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Ensuring high-quality standards in terms of text structure, technical correctness and excellent phrasing
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to identify relevant and trending content

Your profile

  • Completed studies or comparable education in the field of texting, journalism or marketing
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate publishing, independent conception of content and execution of tools
  • Quick grasp of subject-specific knowledge and stakeholder drivers
  • Well-organized, structured and independent working style, in particular with cross functions
  • Convincing, self-confident appearance
  • Excellent and inspiring writing skills in German and English
  • Up-to-date with marketing/social media trends and eager to always develop further
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, social media
